David leads business development, project estimation, management of construction projects, as well as oversees the business operations. He has worked on over $100 million in construction projects in a variety of roles including owner, project executive, construction manager, general contractor, and subcontractor. David is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard where he served as a damage controlman and began welding while serving on the USCGC Spencer. His service experiences led him to pursue construction management as a career upon his honorable discharge David then earned his Bachelor of Technology Degree in Construction Management from Alfred State College and his MBA from The University at Albany. He is accredited LEED AP, as well as a Certified Professional Constructor
